Sorted Design International developed an animated video using a friendly, illustrative style and a structured visual flow. The content is guided by a calm voiceover, with transitions, icons, and text highlights that support key messaging around development, feedback, and long-term career growth. “Rather than a corporate info dump, we designed an explainer that feels like a guided conversation—calm, clear, and focused on people.” Created in full HD, the video is suitable for onboarding, internal communication, and leadership presentations—reinforcing Zutari’s people-first culture and commitment to clarity.
